Arduino Mega 2560 R3 (Original - Made in Italy) The Arduino Mega is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega2560. It has 54 digital input/output pins (of which 14 can be used as PWM outputs), 16 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and Programming. Programming this low cost board is exactly similar to programming STM8S Discovery board. I have already covered Tutorial on Getting Started with STM8S Discovery. Only trick is, this low cost board doesn’t have ST-Link so we need an external ST-Link for STM8 to program this board.
